all sales are final. because each lucky anyway ★ piece is handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer-entered customization errors.

if your order arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from your confirmed order, please email luckyanywaystar@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it and make it right.

slight variations in colors, beads, ribbon, and hardware are part of our handmade process, as explained during customization.
